Patterson Park Lofts has maintained 100% occupancy in both the residential units and commercial space.

A historical industrial warehouse from the 1920's now serving as the headquarters for Barcoding, Inc., a technological hub bringing unique jobs to the local community. This project was painstakingly rehabilitated to preserve the existing historic elements while creating unique partnerships and working closely with the adjacent communities. This project was awarded local and federal historic tax credits.
