Consisting of the development of an existing two-story church with basement into (7) residential units and (1) large commercial space, Patterson Park Lofts maintained and preserved the historical features, being awarded national and local tax credits. Patterson Park Lofts has maintained 100% occupancy in both the residential units and commercial space.

The adpative re-use of a historic office tower, The Fidelity Building provides (229) residential units and (24,719) Sq. Ft. of commercial space. This mixed-use development will breathe life into the surrounding Charles Center. 

Barcoding, Inc. Headquarters

Location: Baltimore, MD

Size: 32,000 Sq. Ft.      Completion: 2019

A historical industrial warehouse from the 1920's now serving as the headquarters for Barcoding, Inc., a technological hub bringing unique jobs to the local community. This project was painstakingly rehabilitated to preserve the existing historic elements while creating unique partnerships and working closely with the adjacent communities. This project was awarded local and federal historic tax credits.
