6201 Seaforth St. is an approximately 87,000 SF warehouse located in southeast Baltimore in the Canton Industrial Area from the 1900s. A previously underutilized industrial asset, Urban Design Group was chosen as the architect to repurpose the site for use in modern day manufacturing and distribution. The project will result in a new distribution hub in the southeast Baltimore Industrial Area, at a site that was previously under-utilized, while maintaining the historic fabric of the building.
Holabird Avenue

5900 and 6000 Holabird Avenue are two of the warehouses in Duke Realty’s Chesapeake Commerce Campus located in Baltimore’s Canton Industrial park. Urban Design Group was the architect for 6000 Holabird shell and the interior fit-outs for both buildings. These tilt- up warehouses had to be designed to meet the client’s brand identity, construction timeline, and long term requirements
as well as the new tenant’s specific needs.
Amazon Baltimore

Urban Design Group was responsible for reviewing the building code and expediting the permits for the reconstruction of approximately 15,000 SF of the building damaged by a tornado in 2018. The new design provided a small plaza with memorial constructed from recycled material from the old General Motors plant convention center. Planned using design principles that placed an emphasis on adaptability and sustainability. The Amazon fulfillment center has withstood several environmental disasters since UDG's work completed in 2019.

Blueprint Robotics is a custom off-site building manufacturing plant located in Baltimore’s Canton Industrial Park. Urban Design Group was the architect for the shell and the interior fit-out from concept design to construction administration. Blueprint robotics is considered a successful line of production for its manufacturing needs as well as their office spaces from the design stage to shipment out of the manufacturing area.
